Hosted by the Pelican Adventures and located in the lobby daily from 8:30AM – 4:30PM our concierge can assist and arrange a wide variety of tours, cruises and fun activities for you and your family during your stay. This service will be able to guide you on any questions you might have in regard to exploring the island and all it has to offer. Minimarket
Patricia from the in-house CDM Minimarket is always ready to supply you with those last minute or forgotten items to make your stay more enjoyable. You can also pre-order your groceries and have them delivered or placed in your room upon arrival by sending an email with your desired list one week prior directly to Patricia at [email protected]
Fitness Center
A well-equipped recently renovated and air-conditioned fitness gym is located on site offering you a pool deck view available for use 24/7. Your room key card will allow access during your stay. Gym towels are provided in the gym.
Tennis & Pickleball Courts
As a shared amenity we offer a newly refinished tennis and two pickleball courts. Arrangements can be made at the front desk. Pickleball paddle and balls will be available free of cost. Our Ambassador building has a tennis court as well.

Dining
Casa del Mar offers three different on property dining options. Matthew’s Beachside Restaurant, SANTOS Coffee with Soul and M’s Crêpe Shack. All are within close walking distance and open 7 days per week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Convention Center
If you are looking for a venue to host off-site meetings, workshops or presentations, our Frank Conway Convention Center is available for use at a fixed rate. The meeting space can hold up till 100 attendees. Business Center
For the convenience of our Members and Guests CDM has a business center with a computer and a printer, where our Guests can send or check e-mails with complimentary WI-FI. To kickstart your day, fresh daily free self-serve coffee and teas are available at 10:00 am till 11:00 am in our business center for our guests only. The business center can be entered with your room key card.
BBQ Grills
Barbeque grills are available for use by Members and Guests at a cost of US$5.00 for 2 hours. Call the Front Desk to inquire about availability and the location. Barbeque grills may be reserved through the Front Desk before 4:00 p.m. and based on availability.
Beach Huts
Beach huts or “palapas” as we call them, are available on a first come first serve basis and located on the properties by the pools and beach areas for your relaxing tanning time during the day.
Beach Towels
Beach towels can be obtained at the Beach Towel Station from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon or 12:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. daily. Soiled towels can be exchanged once daily at the beach towel station between 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. On check-in the Guests of the Ambassador Wing will find four (4) beach towels in the room which can be exchanged once a day between 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Laundry
Guest laundry facilities are on floors 2 – 5 of the Presidential building and on the second and fourth floors of the Ambassador building. Washing Machine tokens, dryer cloths, detergent and other supplies can be purchased at CDM the mini market.
For the kids
For the children we offer daily fun activities during weekdays, a fenced playground, real size outdoor chess game, shuffleboard and kid’s pool on our Presidential main property. Our Ambassador building has a small pool as well for them to safely enjoy splashing. For more information regarding the activities schedule, please visit the activities page.
Thrifty Car Rental
With a variety of cars with different models to choose from, Thrifty Car Rental is conveniently located in our lobby. All cars have air-conditioning and are very well maintained.
