Resort Projects
Both phase 1 and phase 2 chillers are installed and fully working. We are already seeing savings in energy consumption. After installing and adjusting the building automation system, we are pleased to inform you that this project is officially completed.
Elevators
We are pleased to announce that both of the new elevators were approved by the governments inspection team and are up and running.
Presidential bathroom renovations
Presidential bathroom renovations have started. We have finished the rooms ending with ’01, ’02, ’03, ’04, ’05 and ’06 and will continue working per stack, based on availability and occupancy. The results can also be found on our website under the suites tab – with a 360 view of the completed room.
