All chillers are installed and fully working. We are already seeing savings in energy consumption. After installing and adjusting the building automation system, we are pleased to inform you that this project is officially completed.
Solar Panels
In our continued efforts be a more sustainable hotel, we have invested in solar panels. The Presidential solar panels have been installed and are operating. The Ambassador solar panels will be installed in the near future.
Presidential bathroom renovations
Presidential bathroom renovations have started. We have finished all the rooms in Phase 1 (rooms ending with ’01, ’02, ’03, ’04, ’05, ’06, ’07 and ’08) and will continue working per stack, based on availability and occupancy.
